I was very impressed with the service!! On a cold night I called at night to report our heat wasn't working in our vacation home, but I wasn't sure I was even calling the right company that had installed a new heat and air unit there this summer. Ryan Searcy happened to be the repairman on duty that night and he called me back immediately!! Even though he couldn't find our name in his records (turns out it was under our contractor's name) Ryan took the time to face time me to see what kind of unit we had, and to guide me through finding the breaker box and flipping the switch. Suddenly we had heat again!! He didn't have to do that, but he went the extra mile out of the goodness of his heart. He warned me it might continue to flip, which it did, but at least we were able to get the house warm. The next day I got to meet this nice young man and he fixed the problem in no time. I told him he was our hero because he took his time to help us that night with no promise of ever getting any credit or compensation for it. He's the kind of person I would hope is on call every time I ever have a problem!!
