Montgomery area residence and commercial HVAC reviews

 

We have lived in Montgomery, AL for 11 years, and became familiar with Chad’s AC Direct

Air Conditioning service in January 2002 after receiving several recommendations. We used Chad

to replace and install our entire heating and air conditioning systems in February 2002. Since then

they have been our only HVAC service company.  They peform routine system checkups and

maintenance on several of our systems.

 

Chad and his staff have been true professionals, and even provide after hours assistance

when necessary (we wish our doctors and vet provided this excellent service!). Chad is

always accessible and he will either provide personalized service or dispatch a crew to

assist the homeowner.

 

His follow-thru and follow-up are exemplary and he sets the highest standards for himself

and staff, morally and ethically. His office right hand, Robbie, is exceptionally

dependable and reliable and the entire team is professional and wonderful to work with.

We have recommended Chad’s AC Direct to many friends and business colleagues

without hesitation. We are convinced that it is due to his outstanding reputation, as to

why he was selected as the company to install the heating and cooling in the “Extreme

Makeover” home in Montgomery, Alabama in February 2009!
